The Lund Science Center in Sweden represents a modern paradigm in STEM education and public engagement with science. Conceived in collaboration with Atelier Brueckner and architectural practice Cobe, the project establishes a world-class science communication hub within Science Village Scandinavia in Lund. The scenographic concept bridges cutting-edge Swedish scientific breakthroughs (such as MAX IV Laboratory and ESS) with intuitive hands-on experiments for all age groups. Visitors embark on exploratory journeys through natural sciences, optics, quantum physics, and sustainable energy. The architecture and exhibition design operate as a unified pedagogical apparatus: light wells, timber structures, and tactile exhibit pods guide visitors from microscopic atomic phenomena to macroscopic cosmos explorations.
